Terms and Conditions of Sale – Ramscores.com as of January 1, 2026.
On Ramscores, a product can be a PDF file or an MP3 audio file.
GENERAL
These conditions apply exclusively to the sale of products on Ramscores.com. The prices presented on Ramcores.com are valid as long as they are on line and can be modified at any time.
The validation of the order of a product on this site implies your acceptance of these general conditions of sale, without this acceptance requiring your signature.
The prices of the products are expressed in Euros. VAT is not applicable (art. 293B du CGI).
ORDERS
Any order will be considered effective after confirmation of the agreement of the payment center. Unless otherwise specified, the orders recorded by Ramcores.com constitute proof of all transactions between Ramcores.com and its customers.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Online payments on the website will be processed via PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Link, Google Pay or Apple Pay, in strict compliance with encryption and privacy standards.
As soon as the Ramscores.com server receives confirmation of payment, an automatic email is sent.
This email contains links to download the items associated with the purchase.
Please note that all items are in digital format.
In accordance with current legal provisions, purchases of downloadable products in digital format are final and non-refundable.
Consequently, they cannot be exchanged, refunded or subject to a right of withdrawal.
USING FILES
After purchasing one or more products, the buyer is authorized to do the following:
– Print as many copies of the score as you wish for your own use (including other musicians involved in the titles purchased).
– Copy files in PDF format for personal backup purposes.
– Play arrangements in front of an audience (insert details of music and arranger on a program).
Note: I’m always willing to listen to my arrangements, so feel free to send me an MP3 version of the rehearsal or concert.
After purchasing one or more products, the purchaser is not authorized to carry out the following operations:
– Copying, giving, or printing copies of scores to persons other than the musicians performing the work.
– Sell copies of purchased arrangements.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Ramcores.com cannot be held responsible for technical problems beyond its control, such as communication problems involving the customer’s Internet service provider.
For technical reasons, in particular maintenance or network failure, Ramscores services may be temporarily interrupted.
DISPUTES
These conditions of sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Your personal information is required to process your order.
This information and data is also stored for security reasons, to meet legal and regulatory requirements, but no information about you will be passed on to a third party.
